Each week, join us for a 50-minute yoga practice set amidst the stunning backdrop of the Boca Raton Botanical Garden. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of poses and breathwork exercises designed to promote balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

Our yoga instructors are highly trained and experienced professionals who have spent years honing their craft. They will guide you through a series of poses and breathwork exercises designed to promote balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

  • Expertise: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga
  • Certifications: RYT-500, E-RYT-500, YACEP
