Each class will be held on Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the designated location: 551 East Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a serene and peaceful atmosphere amidst the blooming wildflowers, while engaging in a variety of Pilates exercises tailored to all fitness levels.
