The “Wildflower in Bloom” Pilates series will take place every Saturday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 551 East Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432. This 24-week program is designed to help participants improve their flexibility, balance, and overall well-being while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding wildflowers.

Participants will be guided through a series of Pilates exercises tailored to all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. The classes will focus on core strength, body alignment, and breathing techniques, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energized and refreshed.
