A federal judge has ruled in favor of Robin Fleming, the former owner of the Miss America organization, who was seeking to regain ownership after a dispute with Wellington developer Glenn Straub and his attorney Craig Galle. The court found that Straub and Galle had fabricated corporate operating agreements and meeting minutes to try to wrest control of the organization from Fleming.
Chief Deputy County Administrator Todd Bonlarron has retired after 30 years of service with the county. In his honor, the county commissioners have named a learning center at Green Cay Nature Center in his name.
A lender has sued to foreclose on the property of the G-Star School of the Arts in Palm Springs. The school’s future remains uncertain as the lender seeks to take control of the property.
