A federal judge has ruled in favor of Robin Fleming, the former owner of the Miss America organization, in a dispute over ownership with Wellington developer Glenn Straub and his attorney, Craig Galle. The court found that Straub and Galle had fabricated corporate operating agreements and meeting minutes to gain control of the organization.
As a result, Straub and Galle have been ordered to pay Fleming’s attorneys’ fees, which amount to nearly $4.9 million. This decision marks a significant victory for Fleming, who had been fighting to maintain her ownership stake in the Miss America organization.
