A federal judge has ruled in favor of Robin Fleming, finding that Wellington developer Glenn Straub and his attorney, Craig Galle, fabricated corporate operating agreements and meeting minutes to gain control of the Miss America organization. As a result, Straub and Galle have been ordered to pay Fleming’s attorneys’ fees, which total nearly $4.9 million.
Chief Deputy County Administrator Todd Bonlarron has retired after 30 years of service with the county. In his honor, the learning center at Green Cay Nature Center has been named in his name.
A lender has sued to foreclose on the G-Star School of the Arts property in Palm Springs. The school’s future remains uncertain as a result of this lawsuit.
