According to Authorities, Benitez’s Story Didn’t Check Out

Boca Raton Police Department officials said that during the stop, Benitez told officers he was a firefighter with the Boca Raton Fire Department. However, when asked for his ID or proof of employment, he couldn’t provide any.

Palm Beach County Deputies Were Not Impressed
