Our program is perfect for those who want to get comfortable navigating a kayak through shallow waters while learning about the unique mangrove and estuary ecosystems of South Florida. Our experienced guides will provide personalized instruction and support to ensure you feel confident and at ease on the water.
What to Expect
During this 1.5-hour program, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Get familiar with kayaking basics, including paddling techniques and safety procedures
- Explore the shallow waters of the Intracoastal, observing local wildlife and vegetation
- Learn about the importance of mangrove and estuary ecosystems in South Florida’s unique environment
Our single/double kayaks will be assigned to couples/groups as available, ensuring a fun and social experience for all participants. Please note that you must be able to get in and out of a kayak without assistance.
