Delray Beach Mail Carriers Collecting Food Donations
In an effort to give back to the community, mail carriers from the Delray Main, Boynton Downtown and Boynton Main post offices are collecting non-perishable food donations for those in need. As part of the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, these carriers will be leaving postcards on homes along their routes to let residents know that they are participating in the drive. Locals can leave bags of food to be collected at any of the three post offices: Delray Main, 14280 S. Military Trail; Boynton Main, 1530 Boynton Beach Blvd.; and Boynton Downtown, 217 N. Seacrest Blvd. The public is also invited to drop off food donations at these locations.

Why is this initiative important?
The Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is a long-standing program that aims to collect non-perishable food items from mail carriers and deliver them to local food banks and pantries. This year, the Delray Beach mail carriers are taking it upon themselves to make a difference in their community.
How can you participate?
There are several ways to get involved in this initiative:
- Leave bags of non-perishable food donations at one of the participating post offices
- Drop off food donations at any of the three post offices
- Participate by leaving a postcard on your home’s route to let mail carriers know that you are taking part in the drive
The Delray Beach mail carriers are showing their commitment to giving back to the community, and we encourage everyone to join in. By working together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
