Boca Raton CRA Addresses Memorial Park, Civic Engagement Plans

BOCA RATON, FL – April 14, 2026 – The Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) held its regular meeting Monday, marking the first session with new leadership sworn in on March 31. The project includes a 575-square-foot expansion, conversion of office space into retail area and renovation of existing storefronts. The estimated cost for the project is $1.8 million, which will be covered by a combination of CRA funds and private investment.

Memorial Park Plans

The Boca Raton CRA also discussed plans for Memorial Park, a 12-acre park located in the heart of downtown Boca Raton. The park has undergone significant renovations in recent years, but the CRA is looking to take it to the next level with new amenities and improvements.
