The Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) held its regular meeting on Monday, marking the first session with new leadership sworn in on March 31. The meeting was attended by various stakeholders, including city officials, business owners, and community members.

The CRA members unanimously approved plans for Altier Jewelers at 641 South Federal Highway. The project includes a 575-square-foot expansion, conversion of office space into retail area, and installation of new signage.

Memorial Park Plans

The CRA also discussed plans for Memorial Park, which has been a topic of concern among residents in recent months. The park, located at 3000 NW 2nd Avenue, has been plagued by issues such as overgrown vegetation and inadequate lighting.
