What to Expect
- Tropical heat and humidity will dominate the forecast, with temperatures expected to reach the mid-80s to low 90s (°F) throughout the week.
- A high pressure system will build over the region, leading to a decrease in precipitation chances.
- However, a slight chance of scattered thunderstorms cannot be ruled out, particularly on Wednesday and Thursday.
The period begins with pleasant conditions, but temperatures are expected to rise significantly by the end of the week. The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for Palm Beach County, effective from April 16 through April 23.

- If possible, avoid traveling to Boca Raton during this period, as the heat and humidity can be overwhelming for some individuals.
- Those who must travel are advised to plan ahead, bringing necessary supplies such as sunscreen, water, and a hat.
The City of Boca Raton has also announced plans to provide additional cooling centers throughout the city, where residents can escape the heat and humidity. These centers will be open from 7am to 7pm daily.
