Area Students Honored With Holocaust Education Awards

Boca Raton, FL – Florida Atlantic University has recognized high school and middle school students from across Florida as winners of the Craig and Barbara Weiner Holocaust Reflection Contest. The contest aims to educate young people about the importance of understanding and remembering the Holocaust, a genocide that resulted in the deaths of six million Jews during World War II. Winners Recognized

The winners of the contest were selected from over 1,000 entries submitted by students from schools across Florida. The winners will receive a special award at a ceremony hosted by FAU’s Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters.
