  • A federal judge has ruled in favor of Robin Fleming, the former owner of the Miss America organization, who was seeking to regain ownership after a dispute with Wellington developer Glenn Straub and his attorney Craig Galle. The court found that Straub and Galle had fabricated corporate operating agreements and meeting minutes to try to wrest control of the organization from Fleming.
