Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of Pilates exercises that will help improve your flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. The classes are designed to be low-impact and accessible for all fitness levels, making it the perfect opportunity to get moving and enjoy the great outdoors.
Here’s what you can expect from our “Wildflower in Bloom: Pilates in the Park” series:
