Boca Raton in the Running for Providencia Award for Centennial Programming
The City of Boca Raton is a finalist for Discover the Palm Beaches’ Providencia Award, which recognizes municipalities and organizations that have made a major impact on the county’s tourism. - 76.5 percent of Boca Raton’s residents were aware of the programming
- 2 million Florida residents outside of Boca Raton were aware of the programming
- 44,000 residents and visitors participated in centennial events
- The city saw a significant increase in tourism revenue during the centennial year
