According to Authorities, Deputies Were Called to the Scene
Deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office were called to the scene after a driver reported a suspicious vehicle. When deputies arrived, they found Benitez sitting in the driver’s seat of his car and claimed to be a firefighter with the City of Boca Raton Fire Department.
