In celebration of its centennial in 2025, Boca Raton hosted an extensive yearlong programming, which included exhibits, collaborations with local hotels, nonprofits, and cultural institutions. Some of the notable events and initiatives that took place during this period include:

- A centenni-ale launch event with Prosperity Brewers
- A new sign at Sanborn Square
- A concert headlined by Weezer
- The creation of a logo to commemorate the occasion
According to a centennial impact study conducted by the city, the programming had a significant impact on the community. The study found that:
- 76.5 percent of Boca Raton’s residents were aware of the programming
- 2 million Florida residents outside of Boca Raton were also aware of the programming
- 44,000 residents participated in at least one event or activity during the centennial celebration
