Café Boulud to Highlight Wines from Historic Estate at Upcoming Dinner
On April 16, Café Boulud will host a five-course dinner paired with selections from the historic Château La Nerthe. Founded in the 16th century, Château La Nerthe is a historic property in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, an appellation within France’s famed Southern Rhône Valley. Read more at BocaVibe.com.

Guests will learn about the history of the esteemed estate throughout the dinner, which includes six wines paired with the five-course menu. The menu features dishes such as:
- Langoustine aux asperges blanches (with marcona almond, lemon confit, verbena) Le Nerthe, Côtes du Rhône Blanc, “Les Cassagnes” 2022
- Coquilles grillées au safran (PEI mussels, tomato confit, puffed wild rice) Château La Nerthe, Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2023
